This FAQ will guide you on how to transfer a call with continuous recording
1 - In a call, you will see different [A] Call buttons in the upper part of the lead info sheet.
2 - Please press the [A] Transfer button to open the Transfer Conference Functions window.
3 - In the Transfer Conference Functions window, look in the bottom left part of it and you will see the [A] continue recording option.
4 - To turn on continue recording, please put a check on the [A] continue recording option before transferring the call.
