This will guide you on how you can change your Hold Music to make your campaign more customized. Good hold music can help to keep a lead on the line instead of just hanging up.
If you have not already uploaded your audio file, please upload it before setting the hold music. If needed, please see the FAQ: Upload your Audio (How to Upload Audio Media)
From the Dashboard, click on Call Center and select Campaigns from the drop down.
In Show Campaigns Section, click on Action Button and select Settings from the drop down.
Click on the Call Routing Tab.
Scroll down to Hold Settings Select the Hold Music from the drop down menu.
Click on Apply Changes.
