We can manually set the system and allow it to call leads by their Time Zone.
Step 1: Login to the URL https://admin-lax.convoso.com/login using your Admin credentials.
Step 2: From the Dashboard, (A) click on Call Center and then (B) click on Campaigns
Step 3: Under Show Campaigns, click on (A) Action button and select (B) Settings.
Step 4: Go to Leads tab.
Step 5: Scroll down to (B) Outbound Filters and choose the (C) Time Zone from the dropdown.
Step 6: Click on (D) Apply Changes to save the setting.
