We can manually set the system and allow it to call leads by their Time Zone.
- From the Admin Dashboard, click on Call Center and select Campaigns from the drop down menu.
- Click on the Campaign name or Action Gear wheel and go in to the campaign settings.
- In Campaign settings, click on the Leads Tab and scroll down to Set Lead Calling Order
- Scroll down to Outbound Filters and choose the Time Zone from the drop down menu.
- Click on Apply Changes to save the setting.
