In this article, we will explain how to filter outbound calls based on timezone. You can lock the system down to only call certain time zones by using the GMT Lead Filter. If you are looking to EXCLUDE a certain time zone, please call support and ask for advanced lead filtering to be turned on for your account.
In Campaign settings, click on the Leads Tab
Scroll down to Outbound Filters and choose the Filter for the GMT Lead Filter Override. This will lock down all calls to ONLY the selected time zone.
Click on Apply Changes to save the settings.
This configuration allows system to dial leads in every time zones as long as their local time is between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
This configuration allows system to dials leads in Eastern Time Zone only between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Eastern Time.
