This option allows the admin to add Time Groups. Time Groups will let you specify which hours and which days to start and stop dialing on your account. This is very useful when you have upcoming Holidays or maintenance days where you wish to stop dialing by scheduling this ahead of time.
Here are the steps to follow:
Login to the URL https://admin.convoso.com/login using your Admin credentials
From the Dashboard, click on Phone System and select Time Groups
Under Show Time Groups, click on Add Time Group.
Configure Time Groups settings
- Description: Type the name for this Time Group
- Time Group Entries: Displays the List of Entries for this Time Group
- Add Entry: Configure the following
- Click on Add Time
At the lower right-hand corner, click on Apply Changes to save the settings.
