Admins can save predefined phone numbers that agents can transfer to. Here are the steps how to add a Transfer Number:
Step 1: Log In to the URL https://admin-lax.convoso.com/login using your Admin credentials.
Step 2: From the Dashboard, click on (A) “Dialer” and select (B) “Campaigns” from the drop down.
Step 3: (A) Click on the “Action Icon” of the Campaign you wish to set up Transfer Numbers on and then (B) click on “Settings”.
Step 4: (A) Click on “Advanced Configurations” and then (B) click on “Transfer Numbers”
Step 5: In “Transfer Numbers” section, click on “Add Number”.
Step 6: Type in the (A) “Number” and (B) “Description” in the fields.
Step 7: To save the settings, click on (C) “Apply Changes”.
