Admins can save predefined phone numbers that agents can transfer to. Here are the steps how to add a Transfer Number:
- In the Dashboard. Go to Call Center and select Campaigns
- Under Show Campaigns, Click on the Action Button and select Settings
- On the far right, click on Advanced Configurations and then click on Transfer Numbers
- In Transfer Numbers section, click on Add Number.
- Type in the Number and a descriptive name in the fields.
- To save the settings, click on Apply Changes.
