If you need to transfer calls outside of the system, you can save those numbers as a preset(speed-dial) for your agents to transfer to. This is especially useful if you wish to have them click on the name/description instead of giving them a phone number to call. Here are the steps on how to add a Preset or Transfer Number.
From the Dashboard, go to Call Center and select Campaigns
Under Show Campaigns, Click on the Action Button and select Settings
On the far right, click on Advanced Configurations and then click on Transfer Numbers.
In Transfer Numbers section, click on Add Number.
Type in the 10 digit Number and a descriptive name in the field provided.
To save the settings, click on Apply Changes.
