As an admin, you may want to check your agent's callbacks or reassign them from the admin page. To check your callbacks, please follow the steps below.
From the Dashboard, click on Reports and select Callbacks from the drop down.
In the Show Callbacks section, select the filters for the callbacks you wanted to search.
Here are the Options:
- Lead ID
In this example, we’re going to Filter by User we’ll Select Sample Agent.
Click on Search.
Results will be listed under Results.
