In many instances you may want to search for a lead or a group of leads. After searching for a lead they can be adjusted, moved, re-dispositioned or even deleted.
From the Dashboard, click on Call Center and select Leads from the drop down.
In the Manage Leads section, you have the option to look for leads based on filters.
Start / End Date and Time (In PST): Created At
- Filter By: select the fields that you want to filter leads from
- Order By: select how the results will be shown
Start / End Date and Time (In PST): Last Leads local Call Time (Search by Leads Timezone and Search by PST Timezone)
- Filter By: select the fields that you want to filter leads from
- Order By: select how the results will be shown
If you need to add more filters, click on Add Filter to add another filter field.
Note: You cannot use the same field for multiple filters.
If you filter by Date field or any field that has date and time, you'll have a calendar to select the date and time that you would like to search.
Click on the Show/Hide Columns button to select which column you want to show or hide on the results.
Checked or uncheck the columns you want to hide or show and click on the Save button to apply the changes.
Click on Search
In this example, we will search for leads inside the list Test Upload list
The results will be shown below.
