It's easy to delete a list within Convoso but what happens if you realize that you still need the list or you deleted the wrong list by mistake?  We have made it possible to retrieve deleted lists. Please read the below instructions.  

Note: The deleted Lists and Leads will stay in the Recycle Bin for only 14 Days and the system will permanently delete them after.

From the Dashboard, click on Call Center and select Lists from the drop-down.
 

In the Manage Lists section, click the Recycle Bin button.

In Recycle Bin Section, click Action and select Restore from the drop-down.

Select Restore.

Click Close.
