This section will guide you on how you can reassign leads from one user to another.
- In the Dashboard. Go to Call Center and select Campaigns
- Under Show Campaigns, Click on the Action Button and select Settings
- Click on the Lead Assign Tab
- Select the Disposition of the Leads you want to reassign.
- If you want to reassign All Leads, select All Dispositions
- If you want to reassign Personal callbacks, select the CBHOLD status
- Select the agent you want the leads to reassigned to
- Click on the Re-assign Leads button to reassign those leads.
