This FAQ will guide us in giving non-admin users access to the Agent Monitor page as well as show how a non-admin user can access it.
First the admin should enable the Agent Monitor access for the user. To do this, follow the steps below.
1 - The admin needs to login to https://admin-lax.convoso.com/login
2 - From the dashboard, click on [A] Account and select [B] Users from the drop down.
3 - In Show Users Section, click on the [A] Action Button, then select [B] Settings from the drop down.
4 - In the User settings page, click on [A] Access Control List tab.
5 - In the Access Control List page, you may now edit the agent's access control parameters. Click on [A] Create ACL button to create a custom access control settings for the agent.
6 - Type in a new name for the agent's custom access control settings in the [A] User ACL box. Click on [B] Create ACL button.
7 - Scroll down and put a check [A] Admin Dashboard read capability.
8 - Scroll down and put a check [A] Agent Monitor View read capability.
9 - Go back to the top part of the page and click [A] Save ACL button.
10 - Go down to the bottom part of the page and click [A] Apply Changes button.
Access Agent Monitor page as non-admin user.
1 - non-admin user needs to login to https://admin.safesoft.io/login
2 - From the dashboard, please click on [A] Reports Tab and select [B] Agent Monitor from the drop down.
3 - [A] Non-admin user can now access the Agent Monitor page.
