This option allows the admin to edit Queue Priority. Here are the steps to follow:
From the Dashboard, click on Phone System and select PBX Queues Priorities
Under Show Queue Priority, select the Queue Priority description that you want to edit then click on the drop down arrow under action and click on Edit.
Once you click on Edit you can now change the settings of the Queue Priority that you selected.
- Description - The descriptive name of this Queue Priority instance.
- Priority - The Queue Priority to set.
- Destination – Select the destination of the queue.
At the lower right-hand corner, click on Apply Changes to save the settings.
