This option allows the admin to add PBX recordings. Here are the steps to follow:
Step 1: Login to the URL https://admin-lax.convoso.com/login using your Admin credentials
Step 2: From the Dashboard, click on (A) “Phone System” and select (B) "PBX Recordings"
Step 3: Under show recordings, click on (C) "Add Recording"
Step 4: Set up recording options.
- (D) Description – The name of the recording.
- (E) Select Audio File – Select the audio file that you want to play for this recording. To upload an audio file see FAQ How to Upload Audio Media
- (F) Click on Add
Step 5: At the lower right hand corner, click on (G) Apply Changes to save the settings.
