In order to use lists, we will need to activate them. This article will show you how to activate a list from within the lists section and even in the campaigns section as well.
From the Admin Dashboard, click on Call Center and select Lists from the drop down.
In the Manage Lists section, click on the Status Button to Activate / Deactivate List
In order to do this in a campaign, go to Call Center > Campaigns
In the Campaign, go to the Leads tab.
From here, scroll down until you see your lists. From here, you can activate or deactivate your lists.
