A campaign can have many lists attached to it but not all have to be turned on. Here we will show you how to turn your lists on and off from within the Campaign settings.
From the Dashboard, go to Call Center and select Campaigns.
Under Show Campaigns, Click on the Action Button and select Settings.
Under Campaign Settings. Click on the Leads tab.
Scroll down the List in this Campaign Section and click on the Status Button to Activate/ Deactivate a List.
To change the Status of Multiple Lists, click on the Checkbox in the top left corner of the Lists section.
Click on Change Statuses
Select the Status and click on Change Statuses
Note: Last Active will update upon Uploading and Deactivating/Reactivating the list.
