An FTP Push will "push" data over to an FTP site. You will need access information for your FTP as well as folder destinations before continuing through this article.
From the Dashboard, click on Apps and select FTP Push from the drop-down.
In Manage FTP Pushes, click the Add FTP Push-button.
Fill in the required credentials we need for the setup.
- FTP IP Address or URL
- FTP Port (Usually 21)
- FTP Username
- FTP Password
Additional notes on FTP credentials:
IP addresses are recommended, we can use web addresses as well but it should not contain forward slashes (Example: myftp.com/other).
Username cannot contain special forward slashes (Example: username/other).
Optional settings can be left as default but need to be changed depending on what your FTP server requires.
From the FTP Type you can select:
- Recordings
- Call Logs
- Reports
Note: When selecting the Report as an FTP type, the Assign User section will be hidden.
Assign Users
Assign Campaigns
Assign Dispositions
Click on Create FTP Push
You can also use the "Include All Users" option.
This will automatically select all the users in the list.
You can add Campaigns or Disposition on your filter. In the sample below, the system will generate all the recordings of the users that were assigned to the Sample Campaign with the Interested status.
Click on the Apply button once done.
