This feature will send external API calls in order to notify systems about callers who continue waiting in Queue. Once a call has hit the specified Duration, a request is sent to the specified TalkPro Share.
From the Admin page, click on Call Center and select Call Center Queues.
Search for the Queue, click on the action button, and select Settings.
Under the Main tab, scroll down and look for Heartbeat Settings.
Click on Add Heartbeat button to create a Heartbeat.
Configure the Duration (Sec) and the TalkPro Share. (Click here on How to create TalkPro Share)
Note: You can create multiple Heartbeats.
Click on Apply Changes to save the settings.
