How Do I Fix My Caller ID Showing “Scam Likely”
From the Admin page click on "Account" and select Inbound Numbers.
From the Caller ID Reputation Statistics, you will see already the numbers that were tagged as "Scam Likely" and "Potential Spam".
To Search them, Select "Caller ID Reputation" under Filter By and select the phone carriers "AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and Complaints".
Click on "Search" button and it will display all the numbers that were tagged as Scam Likely" and "Potential Spam".
To Replace the numbers, select all or select some inbound numbers that you would like to replace.
Click on "Replace Selected DIDs" button to replace the numbers.
After you clicked on "Replace Selected DIDs" button. The DID Replacement window will appear with the total number selected the the charge fee of the replacement.
Note: Putting a check mark on "Replace with area codes in the proximity" will enable the system to replace with area codes in the proximity if an exact area code replacement cannot be found.
Then the system will give you the Order ID of the replacement.
