Deleting the inbound number entry in your List Based ACID is a good solution when running into issues where your Inbound Numbers are already being flagged as either medium or high reputation score but still need to keep these numbers still be operational so that your customers can call them back and get to the intended destination.
To do this, navigate to Call Center > List Based ACID and access your ACID settings by clicking on its name or selecting the Settings option in the Action or Gear Icon.
In the List Based ACID settings, under the Inbound Numbers Used tab, click on the delete icon (- sign) to delete the inbound number that you want out of the list and press Apply Changes button to save the changes.
