This FAQ will guide you on how to see the list of leads you have scheduled as callbacks and how to open their lead profile.
We have two ways to check the agent’s callback:
Note: The Callback tab is not designed to auto-refresh itself. The page eventually refreshes when there is an activity such as going from one tab to another or taking another call.
The system will remind the agent of pending callbacks by displaying a popup notification on the lower right side of the agent interface. Click on the Lead Entry.
Note: If no action was taken, any past due personal callbacks will stop reminding after 15 minutes of the scheduled callback time.
The lead Callback Comment box will appear. This is helpful if you filled in the comments box with information about the callback.
Click the Close button to move to the lead info sheet.
To call the lead, go on Not Ready Status and click on the Red Phone Icon beside the number.
Checking callbacks by going to the CRM window.
Click on the Folder Icon and click on Callbacks Tab. This will give you a list of your callbacks.
You can view all your callbacks under callback calendar.
Click the Callback Calendar and it will give you a calendar page with all your scheduled callbacks.
You can also search for your callbacks if you have a long list of leads.
NOTE: You can use first name, last name, lead id, and phone number when searching for leads.
Select a lead to open by clicking on it, this will open the Lead Info sheet.
To call the lead, go on Not Ready Status and click on the phone icon beside the number.
