In TalkPro, your agents may have the option to change a lead's disposition from the agent page. If the admin has restricted this the agent will not be able to redisposition a lead.
While in the agent Agent Page Lead's information, click on More and click Redisposition.
Another window will appear, select the Disposition from the drop down selection and click on Redisposition.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Always check "Modify Lead Status?" if you want to update the lead's current or final status.
