In TalkPro, your agents may have the option to change a lead's disposition from the agent page. If the admin has restricted this the agent will not be able to redisposition a lead. In the TalkPro
Agent Page Lead's information, click on More and click Redisposition
Another window will appear, select the Disposition from the drop down selection and click on Redisposition
IMPORTANT NOTE: Always check "Modify Lead Status?" if you want to update the lead's current or final status.
