Here we will discuss how to set the caller ID for an agent when making a manual call. You have two options:
- Use the campaign or list setting
- Use the agent's extension
From the Admin Dashboard, click on Account tab and then, click on Users.
In Show Users Section, click on the user email address or Action Button, then select Settings in the drop down menu.
Click on Agent Interface Option tab
In Agent ACL, select Custom then click on Create Profile
Scroll down to Manual Caller ID and select from the following options
- Use Campaign or List Defaults - follow the caller ID settings of the campaign or the list
- Use Agent Extension - system will use the caller ID indicated in the Extension settings of the user. To configure the Agent's Caller ID under Users Extension settings. Please go to How to setup Agent Caller ID
After setting the Manual Caller ID, create a custom profile name and then click on Save and then Apply at the bottom of the page.
