If an agent needs to call a lead back or see a lead they have just called, they can check their Call History from the Agent page.
Click on the Folder Icon found in the upper left side of the agent interface, this will open the CRM.
Click on the Call History tab to see the list of leads you have called in the last 24 hours.
To search for a lead within the call history tab, type the lead’s name, phone number or lead id in the Search field and press enter, the Search results will show below the search field.
NOTES:
- You can use first name, last name, lead id and phone number in searching for leads.
- The same lead may appear multiple times since Call History shows entries per call made. You may compare lead Id’s to check and see if it’s the same lead.
In this example, we’ll search for the phone number 8184363615. Notice that the lead ID is the same. It shows two results since I called the same lead twice.
Click on the Lead that you would like to modify or update, this will open the Lead info sheet. You may work on the lead once you have the info sheet opened. Always remember to save your changes by clicking Apply in the bottom right corner.
