This FAQ will guide you on how to create a new lead.
Step 1: Click on the (A) Folder Icon found in the upper left side of the agent interface, this will open the (B) CRM.
Step 2: Click on (A) Create Lead button
Step 3.1 If Agent is logged in to a single campaign:
Fill in (A) New Lead sheet with the necessary information and click on the (B) Create Lead button in the bottom right of the page.
NOTE: All highlighted boxes are mandatory fields.
Step 3.2 If Agent is logged in to a campaign group, select the campaign first then click on create
Step 3.3 if User Setting Sources is set to Source Campaign and you open a lead, the modal box will show and will require you to select a Campaign from the Campaign Group.
All the settings related to a Campaign will come from the Campaign selected.
Step 4: If you want to dial this new created lead, click on the (A) Red Phone Button next to the phone number
