This FAQ will guide you on how to make a manual call to a lead that is not yet in the system. Please note, if the Create Lead button does not appear for you, this can be added by your admin.
To call a lead that is not yet in the system, first you have to create a lead profile for it.
- Click on the Folder Icon found in the upper left side of the agent interface, this will open the CRM.
- Click on Create Lead button to open a new lead info sheet
- Fill in New Lead sheet with the necessary information and click on the Create Lead button in the bottom right of the page. NOTE: All boxes highlighted with red are mandatory fields.
- You may now call the Lead by clicking on the Phone Icon beside its phone number.
