Step 1: Login to the Agent Page https://agent.convoso.com
Step 2: Click on your (A) “User Email Address” and click on (B) “Queues”. Notice that (B) “Queues” is zero 0. It means the agent is not assign to any Queues yet.
Step 3: A pop up window will appear, configure the following.
- (A) Select the Queues the agent will have access to.
- (B) Decide if agent will do:
- Blended Calls – Agent will receive both outbound and inbound calls.
- Inbound Only – Agent will only receive Inbound Calls
Step 4: Click on (C) ”Apply”
Step 5: Make sure that agent is assigned to the (A) “Queues”
