Step 1: Login to the URL https://admin-lax.convoso.com/login using your Admin Credentials.
Step 2: From the Dashboard, click on (A) “Account” and select (B) “Users” from the drop down.
Step 3: Under Show Users, click (C) “Action button” and select (D) “Settings” from the drop down
Step 4: Click on (E) “Data Access Level Tab” and scroll down to “Agent Queue Access Level”
Step 5: Scroll down to “Agent Monitor User Access Level”
- Select the Queues from (F) “Cannot Access queues” box and select the directional button (G).
- Make sure that the Queues you wanted to include are in (H) “Can Access Queues”
- If you want to move ALL Queues, click on (I) ASSIGN ALL button
Step 6: Click on "Apply Changes" to save the settings
