This is a campaign feature where the Admin can embed a website on the agent TalkPro screen. This will allow agent to navigate to a specific website while working within the dialer. Advantage for the agents is that they can the embedded website if they need to search or review data instead of going back and forth in a separate window.
There are 2 parts in settings this up.
First Part (Configuring an Embedded Website).
From the Admin Dashboard, click on Call Center and then Campaigns.
Under Show Campaigns, click on the Action button and click Settings.
On the Campaign Settings, click on the Advanced Configuration tab and select Additional Configuration.
Scroll down and look for Embedded Web Website.
In this section, you can now configure Embedded Website.
- Embedded Website URL - Website URL should be in this section (*Note: Add https:// on the URL. Example: https://www.convoso.com)
- Height - Select the frame height you want.
- Show By Default - You can set it to Yes or No to show by default
- Enabled - This will turn On or Off the Embedded Web Form.
After setting this up, scroll down and click on Apply Changes to save the settings.
Second Part (Setting up the Embedded Web Form on Leads Layouts and Fields).
On the Admin Dashboard, click on CRM and then Lead Layouts and Fields.
Under Manage Layouts, click the Action button and select Settings of the layout.
On the Layout settings, click on Widgets.
Hold and drag the Embedded Web Form all the way down and drop it to Widget section.
Once you dropped the Embedded Web Form, you will be able to see the website that you configured on the campaign settings.
Scroll down and click on Apply Changes to save the settings.
