How to turn on/off a User Login
An Admin can turn on/off a User Login to allow or restrict Agents using these logins when needed
To turn on/off a User login, go to Account and go to Users.
In the Show Users page, you may toggle each User login's status by switching it to ACTIVE. or INACTIVE under the Status column.
When an Agent tries to login using a User credential that is currently turned off, they will get an error saying "Your user account (user@email.com) is inactive. Please contact your administrator to resolve the issue"
