Here we will discuss how to move leads from one list to another from within the list settings. Moving leads using this method is simpler as compared to moving leads in Manage Leads Section. This is commonly used for moving a batch of leads based on status.
From the Admin Dashboard, click on Call Center and then Lists.
On Manage Lists, click on the list where the leads will be coming from.
On the List settings, click on Move Leads Tab.
Here you will see options such as:
- Transfer Disposition - You can select a specific status that you want to move.
- To List - Here you set the list where you want to move the leads.
- Limit - This will be the number of leads that you want to move to the other list.
After selecting the options, click on the Move Leads button. There will be a window to confirm whether you want to move the leads or not. If you do, click Move.
Once done, you will receive another notification window that the move was successful.
