Occasionally you may need to empty the cache of Chrome and do a hard reset.
Before getting your agents to log back into the Agent Page, please follow the steps below:
In your Chrome browser, go to the Agent Login page at http://agent.convoso.com. Open Chrome's console by pressing the F12 button on your keyboard
Right-click on the Reload button on the left side the web address box and press Empty Cache and Hard Reload option
Close and re-open Chrome browser, log back in and try again
