There are many situations when an admin might wish to empty a list without actually deleting the list. This is especially helpful if you are dripping trash statuses to a list and you do not want to reconfigure your drip. The empty list feature will allow you to simply empty a list without deleting it.
Emptying lists however is final and leads will not be recoverable anymore.
Note: As a best practice, after emptying a list you should reset your hopper to ensure that no removed leads are still there.
From the Dashboard, click on Call Center and select Lists from the drop down.
Select the list and set it as Inactive.
If the list is active, this message will appear if admin continues to empty it.
Click on the Action button and click on Empty from the drown options.
Select the Statuses that you need to remain in the list. Make sure to move them in Keep Leads with these Statuses Box.
If needed you need the callback leads to remain in the list, check the box for Keep all leads which have callbacks.
Click on Empty.
A Success message window will appear confirming you've emptied your list.
If there is an ongoing leads upload to this list, this message box will appear.
