An agent productivity report will show you how your agents spent their time for the day with an emphasis on Billable time vs. not Billable time. Many Clients use the system as a time clock and this report can help you do that.
From the Dashboard, click on Reports and select Custom Reports from the drop down.
Click on Common Reports and select Agent Productivity from the Dropdown Options.
To run a report based on a specific Time range,
- Click on Date Range Button
- Select the preferred Time Range
- Click on Apply
To Add Additional Filters based on Admin’s preference
- Click on Filters
- Add the preferred Filters
- Click on Apply
You can configure how the results will be shown, click on the Break Down Tab and select between a vertical or horizontal Break Down view.
The Results will be listed down below.
