In this section, we will discuss how to add and delete an API Plugin.
This feature enables agents to send leads information to 3rd party CRM with just a click of a button and without ending the phone call.
There are situations where you need to talk to a 3rd party representative first before transferring a call and this is helpful so the transfer representative can see the information of the lead before receiving the transfers.
In the Dashboard, click on Apps and select Plugins
Click on the Add Plugin Button
Configure the following
Name: Enter a descriptive name of the API Plugin
Type: Select API Transfer from the options
Plugin Label: Type the name of the Button. ex: Click Here!, Get Result!, Get Quotes!, Submit!, etc.

Response Element Name: Enter the provider's Response Element Name.
This should be supplied by the CRM. For example, in the string <result>success</result>, the element name will be 'result'
Response Success Value: Enter the provider's Response Success Value.
This should be supplied by the CRM. For example, in the string <result>success</result>, the value will be 'success'
Plugin Failed Message: Enter the message that indicates the process failed. (ex: 'Failed to process request! or Lead not matched!')
Action Options: select the Transfer method this plugin will do.

Type in the Transfer Number: Enter the transfer phone number for this plugin.
Status: To enable the plugin, set it to Active.
Delay Seconds: If needed, enter the number of seconds before transferring the call.
Transfer Number: Ability to add multiple transfer numbers and prioritizing the transfer number by percentage. The higher the percentage the higher the prioritization.
Click on Create Plugin
Attach this plugin to the Script

From the Dashboard, click on “CRM” and select “Scripts” from the drop-down.
Click on the Action Button of the Script and select Settings from the drop-down.
Right-Click Element or the Page of the Script and select Edit from the drop-down.
A huge window will appear almost the size of the browser.
Select your API plugin under Available Plugins then click on Insert
The plugin will now be part of the Script.
Click on Apply.
The plugin is now attached to the script.
If an agent logs in to the campaign, this is an example of the script they will see.
How to delete an API plugin.
On the show Plugins section, click on the action button of the API plugin and select "Delete"
A dependency window will appear that the API plugin is used on other applications. In order to delete the API plugin, you need to remove or unassign it from another application.
Click on the "View" button to redirect you to the settings where this API plugin is used.
Once the API plugin is removed from another application, click on the "Refresh" button and it will ask you if you want to continue and delete the plugin.
