If one of the admin is not seeing the "Call Center Queues" its possible that there are no "Queues" assigned to them. Below are the instructons on how to assign "Call Center Queues" to Admins.
Step 1: Login to the URL https://admin-lax.convoso.com/login using your Admin Credentials.
Step 2: From the Dashboard, click on (A) “Account” and select (B) “Users” from the drop down.
Step 3: Under Show Users, click (C) “Action button” and select (D) “Settings” from the drop down
Step 4: Click on (E) “Data Access Level Tab” and scroll down to “Admin Queue Access Level”
Step 5: In “Admin Queue Access Level”
- Select the Queues from (F) “Cannot Access queues” box and select the directional button (G).
- Make sure that the Queues you wanted to include are in (H) “Can Access Queues”
- If you want to move ALL Queues, click on (I) ASSIGN ALL button
Step 6: Queues will be auto assigned to this Admin once he logs in unless admin decide not to.
Step 7: Click on "Apply Changes" to save the settings
