If your current Convoso subscription state is currently 'CANCELED', you can authorize the re-activation of your subscription by using the Activate Subscription button on the Account Menu > Billing Page.
Just click 'Activate Subscription' and authorize any pending/outstanding charges to reactive your account. You will be finished uncancelling your account's subscription status reflects 'ACTIVE' on the Account Menu > Billing Page
