In this guide, we will be illustrating the various Call Recording functions you will perform as an Admin.

On the Admin page, you can locate all call recordings by clicking Statistics and then Recordings.
On the Recordings page, you can set the Start/End date of the call, use Filter By in searching for Call Type, Campaign, Duration Seconds, ID, Lead ID, Status or User.
How to Listen to the recordings
Once you search and filter the call recordings. Click on the "Lead ID"
The next page will show you the Lead Information, click on Call Logs and then you will see the the play button to playback the call recording.
How to Download or Delete the call recording.
Once you searched for the lead, on the right side you will see "Action" column and on that column you will have the Download and Delete options.
Note: The recordings will stay in the account for up to 30 days. After 30 days, the system can automatically delete the call recording. Typically the recordings are retained longer, but 30 days is our guarantee.
