Step-by-Step Guide For Adding New Users
- Click on "Users" and click on "Create New User"
- or click on the (Plus Icon) on the upper left and select "User"
- This Screen will Appear
- Click on "Add User"
- Type the following
- First Name
- Last Name
- User Type: Admin or Agent
- Click "Next" \
- The information of the new user will be listed the screen
- You can add multiple users and will be billed all at once. Click again "Add User" and add new user information. Name of the agents should be listed and the total cost should reflect and number of Users.
- In this example, a seat cost $89. the total cost to 2 Users is $178
- Click on "Next"
- You will be prompted to the "Review Payment Section" click on "Confirm" to continue
- A Confirmation message will appear, click on continue
- New Users are now listed on the account.
