Not quite a Live Chat (meaning it is not staffed but monitored regularly), but there is a interactive chat built right into the TalkNow interface. This is a great way to send off a question for a quick answer. Most chats are responded to in minutes, but we do say that the responses can be within hours. You may be pleasantly surprised regular instant responses.
