Your TalkNow system allows you to easily control your payment profiles.
Managing your Payment Profile or Credit Card Information
In this FAQ entry we will discuss how an Admin can view, manage and update the account's Payment Profile or Credit Card Information.
As Admin of the account, the Billing section is accessible by clicking 'Account Menu' found in the bottom left portion of the nav bar and select Billing.
In the upper left corner of the Billing page, we have our Current Balance. In the lower part of it we can either view our current Payment Profiles or add a new one [+ Add Payment Profile]
The View Payment Profiles window shows all Credit Card information added in your account.
In the Payment Profiles window you can either switch from one card to another by activating a card that you want to use. You can also delete a credit card entry within the Payment Profiles window.
To add a new credit card profile. Click on the + Add Payment Profile button and fill up all the fields and press apply in the bottom right side of the window.
Once the profile is added to your system, you can navigate to the[+ View Payment Profile] section to set your desired payment profile to ACTIVE.
That will be the Payment Source from that moment forward for all future transactions.
