As your campaigns grow over time, it becomes a challenge to audit your dispositions by jumping from campaign to campaign. We created a Account Level screen to help with just that task.
Step-By-Step Guide to Add and Audit Dispositions at the Account Level:
Logged in as an Admin user, click on Account Menu and then Account Settings.
Under Account Settings click on Disposition Tab.
Click on Add Disposition to create a custom agent disposition.
On the Add Disposition Window, you can now create a Status Code (Abbreviation of the status), Status Name, Final Status, Reached Status, Success Status, DNC Status and Callback Status.
Once done, click on Create Disposition.
