The good news is we built this checklist to give you the roadmap on how to accomplish the task of configuring your outbound campaigns and getting your agents connected to live contacts.

Which dial method works best for your outbound calling campaign(s)?
Convoso has made it easy to utilize two very different but equally powerful dial methods for your campaigns.
Fast and effective method for dialing a pre-determined number of contacts per available agents. This is a great method for calling large contact lists and high volume call centers. Agents will go on Available and the dialer will begin to place calls automatically on their behalf.
Methodical and through. Preview dialing is the method of choice for well-qualified contacts where there is a high chance of success or a high chance of connecting to the contacts live. When your agents set their status to Available, the contacts information will display to the agent before placing the call. The agent can initiate the call when ready or preview dial timer will perform an action for the agent (you will set this up later during campaign creation).
So you can go fast and light, or you can be methodical in the way you use the system.
